Interestingly the mid point of this channel will be around 237!!

hi im new here, but im interested in what karmo said : is this the harmonic pattern u're mentioned??
and after that i also found a divergence .. in here.. i know this is a M30 chart not as strong as H4 but just wondering though... im still learning..


im using marketiva for charting.. its really bad... sorry

233.60....set a protective stop @ 234.80..........target @ 236.44
234.00....set a protective stop @ 234.80..........target @ 236.44
234.50....set a protective stop @ 234.59..B/E....target @ 236.44

Eeh, don't you just hate this sort of irritation? Hope the long position holders collected enough pips and ready for their next wave after the retracement.

Just a note.
No Major US economic news due out today.
Historically the US stock market will be moved by earnings reports.
Microsoft came out after market close with very strong report, beating analyst estimates, but DJIA futures are now flat to down.
Keep in mind COUNTRYWIDE FINNANCE (The largest US mortgage company)reports earnings today at 8:30 a.m. and is expected to have ENORMOUS losses. This could be the market mover for the day.
Also, last Friday of the month (profit-taking).

ISLANDER said "For any people that watch statistics, over the last 3 months, on Fridays there has been an 85% chance of a reversal within 1 hour of the London Open - makes Fridays a super Big Ben day!"

I wonder what that stat is for the last trading day(friday) of the month ?

Oil is plus $90.00 which will limit any upside to the stock market.

Just my very humble opinion.

i can only speak for my self, but i enjoy your predictions keep them coming. wow you seem to know a lot. its only frustrating that i cant work out how you are so acurate. just time to time, if you could share what indicators you use such as curency strengths you allways mention and show chart set ups which we can see what indicators you use. education and knowledge is the bigest gift anyone can give because that remains a perminent gift. read my signiture. thanks turn keep going.

ok average direcctional index above 45%......it shows signs of recorvery....above 235.30 look for 236.44 as the next target or even higher...cant keep my eyes on the screen for too long.....i'll see you all in a couple of hrs.....pivot still 234.09

By the way, did that mention of the 242.20 area refer to the possible 4hr 5sma retrace? I just noticed that the newest 4H candle has a 242.50 5sma. This should be better news for bulls.

Nothing at all to do with the 5sma just an area off S/R I see on the 4h chart.

I don't trade Aus's method (although I do respect it) just basic S/R T/Ls.

Hi Karmo....thanks for your kind words....the comment was for all Fridays in the past 3 months, including the last of each month. That is a valid point that would require the analysis of all Fridays over several years - the current number just popped up durning some other shorter term analysis.

My trading analysis is as usual on the other thread.

Hope AUS wont be mad when he comes backLOL...
I look for MOM in what evertime timeframe I want to make pips LONG TERM or short and just drag those Fib lines from low to high in that time frame if the trend is up in the frame and you see a resistane about to form use your fib for the drop and make sure MOM still agrees with you before you jump back in..
Ps also no the currceny pair like it is your child study one at a time like Mr. Aus did with his INDACATORS

I've many times thought that if you are good with trendlines, you will be successful, even without S/Rs. May I ask what TFs and pairs you use?
