folks how do think its better to use oder MT platform or it workd well on 211v ?

I've used both and both work great with supernova. It has been said Mt4 v210 won't run a demo EA. I think Glen reported that.....

Matrix: My primary pairs are the Euro/JPY; Pound/Yen; Pound/dollar. I have been playing around with other pairs, but the list is shortening. Cryten correctly selected the first three on which this system thrives.
On the EA, The entry should work on whatever you check, and only those. For example, if you choose QQE and DMI, then it will only look at those two for entry. If you add MOM, then it is three, and so forth. They would all have to agree before entry would occur. Same thing for exit, except that it then only needs one of those you have selected to fire off an exit. If I selected QQE/DMI/MOM/CCI, it will close on the first one that triggers, ignoring the others.

Hi,
Guy's I have my EA running on MT4 thanks to Wizard and others on here, It is running the EurJyp and the GbpJyp the only thing is there has not been one trade on the GBpJyp in the last 24hrs, loads of trades on the euro but not then Gbp which makes me think you can not run 2 pairs at once has anyone had the same problem??? Thanks in advance

Just a thought but make sure both EA's have different magic numbers assigned.

Unless your using glens EA which doesn't require a magic number, right glen? The original supernova EA uses magic numbers. Also, double check the "allow live trading" function.

If it does then there is something afoot with the live platform for which I do not have the faintest idea. Is it possible to find out what those errors for BUY/SELL are or maybe have more information written to log when such an error occurs?

Hey ET..check to see if your using MT4 v.210, as it doesn't work with a demo. You can upgrade to 211 now. It's worth a shot....

I have been forward testing with the latest EA on my demo account using the 15M timeframe along with the settings Cryten has posted in post 1 for his system. I can say that it has been very profitable thus far except for the little glitch which must be addressed with the CCI entering orders.

If I do not open my platform charts with the EA until say an hour or more later, the arrow signal is there from many bars back, all criterias for entry have been met [DMI, Mom, QQE - all set to True], and the EntryOnCCI is set to False, it still opens an order when the CCI +/- 100 line has just crossed at the second the chart is opened. I presume that is what is triggering the orders since every time when the charts are opened, it so happens that the CCI has been crossed.

My demo account works fine, its the live account which I am having issues with. All my platforms are running 211. I presume that number in the error message must be the line number of the code or something, I'm not sure....

the EA is supposed to work properly on both demo and live account. It's not my intent to sell this EA on Ebay or avoid to run on live account.
Looking at your error , it seems that your broker disabled trade made by EA. Infact my EA simply log error that comes back when a trade is sent to server's broker. So a trade was sent correclty but there was that error returned back from server.
Looking at metatrader documentation I found for error 133 :

133 : ERR_TRADE_DISABLED. Trade is disabled

So please try to contact your broker an inquire if they let to use EA on live account.
( Just a curiosity : Which one is the broker you are using ? )

ET: Make sure Damiani is turned off. It has caused some problems.

On the menu for updates we have:
QQEA = adjustable QQE
Auditory alerts for entry
different time frame for exits option.

Awaiting feedback about trailing stop system. MTP 1.5 looks good to me.
Drop me a line about what you think and want. Talk it up a little on the thread. This one can be used now, I think, as a separate EA on a different chart of the same pair. When engaged, it will take over the exit function of the Supernova (Glenn) EA. It requires that you have two charts for each pair, which is a nuisance, but not that bad. If it cannot be coded into the Supernova EA without difficulty, this is , I think, a viable option. It would grab a few pips on every trade, at the least. I think I will try it.
MT4 version 210 was having some problems. 211 available now.
They came out with it quickly, so I suspect there were many complaints.
Nick at Metaquotes said that was a big problem. He was sent to Iraq.
Make sure you have T3 on the chart. T3 and CCI are nearly always very close on entry. Sometimes CCI is a candle earlier. It may appear that CCI is triggering, but it is T3, instead.

Thanks for replying. I had spoken to my broker and they do allow EAs to run, I am using MIG. I have several computers, and on all live accounts, it disallows EA trading. Meanwhile, all demo accounts have no issues. Tonight, I will logon to my demo platform and specify my live account information and all to see what happens.

I have no issues with the latest EA, trades are getting triggered for all cross YEN pairs with no problems.

See attached, I think this is the best Trailing Stop EA. Works awesome; All you need to do is attach it to ONE chart and it will monitor all open trades any currency as an individual. I've used it with other EA's

Hi,

It might be your broker, I used the same broker for an EA I run and it wouldn't work, when I say it didn't work I mean it worked but gave realy bad results compared to my friends brokers who gave very profitable results, so I changed broker and now the EA is working as it should...Hope this helps
