since I love you all, here's something to chew, auslanco mentioned that next week could be the start of the big fall

Bearish patterns forming on GU, UJ, GJ, and EU, maybe tomorrow.. maybe next week.. the big fall will start.

Remember the new home sales are based upon contracts signed. They don't actually track whether or not the home is constructed. I have heard that something like 40% of people are walking away from signed contracts.

would not mind owning a construction company in california at the moment wach next months new houseing starts go up. i know, its a sick joke. i'll just go and hide again

Hi Aus,

My hubby of 57 suddenly passed away on the 13th and I am devastated to say the least. Feeling rather lost and hopeless at this time but he would be upset if I carried on as a watering pot so am slowly taking time to distract myself. Gosh don't know what I'm saying.

Glad to be here from time to time even if I don't post that often.
