retracemnt down to 234.20 area.. bulls will resume it's up trend after that.

Wouldn't that drag down GJ too bro? Are you going to take profit.. and then get back in long again?

I'm looking at an initial dip in DOW (if new home sales are really bad) Futures are positive (not much though) and a couple of companies have posted not-so-good results.. plus oil prices have gone up. I don't know.. DOW is crazy.. they might just shoot up based on the fact that Feds will cut rates.

I was long, took profit, now short, will close and go long when retracement is over. But like you said DOW is crazy and im worried it'll mess up our trades.. im expecting it to rally (pricing in fed cutting rates).

Markam should help us out here

Things could really get messy when news comes out, just be careful and have your stop-losses ready otherwise you might be in trouble.

I closed my long earlier for 100 pips, now it really depends on news and DOW's reaction, it can go either way. but I've got a short from 234.83

I`m long from 234.09.. I think Gj goes up ,cause news was bad for US ,and 233.85 was retracement 61.8 fib !

Not yet mate.. look out for new home sales. Like I said, if it's really bad - expect DOW to go down (and UJ and GJ obviously) initially. Then all the Fed-rate-cut idiots will start rejoicing as rate cut will be 100% guaranteed (after yesterday's home sales report fed fund futures showed a 100% rate decrease)

Then DOW will start going up. That's my theory at least.. unless reality sinks in and DOW continues to crash.

Huh? If US news is bad.. UJ will go down.. and GJ too. Don't depend on GJ going up just because GU goes up. The correlation gets whacked all the time mate.
