Let me try giving an analysis for today. If it proves right, then it is good (me for sure), if not, please don't blame on me, just trying to give a higher probability trade http://www.forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

Ok, see list below (hope it helps):

- 4 hour chart upper trend line is broken (see chart) and momentum is up.
- Price is above pivot
- Dow closed positive.
- Gold is currently up.
- Japanese treasuries is weak (negative), although, US closed in red but not as weak.

We have all the ingredients to go up trend, so why wait .. http://www.forexfactory.com/images/icons/icon12.gif :

213.00 in 2mths do you feel that it should fall for the simple reason because of the US borrowing alot of money and paying for the WAR with borrowed $$$ also the Housing situation with CAT who states that there have not been a demand for there services which is looking bad for builders and housing???????? Also 213.00 on Monthly chart is the 50sma

The lower charts from 1H on down are OB and need to be worked out. That's the main reason I see for being patient and waiting for an optimum entry.

As 4 hour chart was/is not overbought at all. I think you would agree, sometimes on hourly chart it can be way overbought or oversold and this pair is still trending powerfully. I saw hours earlier, the price sitting on daily pivot and 4 hour trend just broke, it was almost a perfect entry. But I entered earlier before the trend line broken @232.41. Anyway, where do you think the price would trend to?

Hey forum,

In the process of reading up on the founders system. It's very interesting and well thought out. I figure the 5SMA on the four hour chart doesn't go more than 2 or 3 at most bars between touches. Can someone who has been here a while confirm this? Thanks alot!

I realize that in a fast moving/trending market that OS and OB means nothing. However, right now we are not in a trending market. It is stagnant and ranging. It's just my opinion, but I do believe 1H is going to have to come out of its OB condition before this pair can move back up significantly. I already stated in a post a couple of pages ago the area I thought price might come down to in order to relieve the OB 1H chart. That's just speculation at this point. I'm mainly looking for the 1H Stochastics to move out of OB regardless of how much price actually comes down. I don't have a projection TP area on a long position yet and I won't until/unless I get a long entry. I'll let you know if I get in.

we have so far failed to produce a low lower than 227.41 we need to do this in a timely fashion if this downtrend is to continue so far this is considered only consolidation of the up trend untill this level is broken if and when this level is broken we can expect a pullback and a second wave lower towards 225.oo yen if we fail to make a lower low we could see a higher high higher than the previous high at 240.67 peace 59

Thanks man .. but I will exit the trade too if the 30 min or hourly downward trendline is broken. Just to be saved ..

Which setting do you usually use for pivot points. I dowloaded a couple of indicators, but man they can get confusing. Also should I use daily or weekly pivots?

That's right bro, the IchimokuTjong still below on hourly
Hope you banked a lof of pips yesterday, I only banked around 90 pips on 500 pips downward move, you must be too full of pips already by now .. feeling sleepy .. need a coffee :-)

I just thought I would warn all. IMO we will see the DOW moving back up and taking out the new highs. I don't think we will see the complete collapse like many are wanting. i am digging for my DOW chart and projections. be back.
