Can I have please a recommendation for a ECN company with capital available for the account in range of 1-2000 $.
What is the suggested leverage for this kind of funds?
If it is not allowed publicly please send me a pm.

There are no others for this account size. All the othe firms are more institutional in nature; e.g., Currenex, HotSpotFxi, Lava, Baxter, etc.

The minimum account size for some of these is $25,000 USD and you won't have charting capability.

Hello Blazer,

Start with smallest possible capital - for example 500USD trading micro's. After two weeks add another microlot.

One monitor OK, with enough screen time try to find your personal optimal setup. Catch 5-10pips every day, low frequency trading - less is better. This system is great.

Sorry, yes it was overlooked. NINJA is NOT working for LIVE trading yet. You can test NINJA demo with LIVE EFX data - so perfect for Rainbow students and pirates. Stoploss you can adjust directly from charts just drag and move. Much better is SuperDOM for that and you can set many different SL and PT. After NINJA will enable Forex trading, I will switch to NINJA.

What a wild ride on the Rainbow today. Thanks LT, the book turned on the lights. It was fun knowing which way the market was moving even if I am still slow to enter and exit. I even used the rainbow to make some pips in my live account.(not many still learning and waiting to change brokers) Greenspan called me today to ask about the economy for the rest of the year, but I tlod him I only look into the future 5 seconds at a time.

I was just wondering if there is anyone else in the thread using the rainbow for 30sec/1min charts, Im finding that the 30sec charts works better than the higher timeframes and is defornately workable with my broker, 2pips on EJ, and it moves like a champion so thats good .

making some nice entries now after afew weeks screentime, but still need to work on my exits and also where to put a SL or at what point to decide to cut a trade off if its not doing what i expected it to do.

Any thoughts on solutions for my problems regarding this TF and pair then id like to hear!

30 secs and 1 min is actually a big difference. on 30 secs you usually still see the 5 sec swings and trade them on the other hand on 1 min you trade waay bigger moves.
-> 5 sec to 30 sec is a lot more profitable, but 1 min is easier to trade.

For your problems, just get out if the price doesn't move for some time or once it moves against you

Oh and for your SL, just calculate your max loss you want to afford and put your SL accordingly? Though i would say for the 5 sec swings 10-15 pips is enough.

Just a thought--if the 1 min is easier to trade, why not just triple up your lots on trades based off of it? :-) Why do something harder, if something else is easier? Not trying to sound like a smart ass, I promise, this is a serious consideration..! And while the 5s may be more profitible for some, if the 1 minute is indeed easier to trade for some, then for THEM the 1min is probably more profitible. I'm just trying to make sure that people don't read statements like what you wrote above without really thinking about them and just accepting them as truth for themselves, when in fact it may not be.

Anyway, anybody have any action tonight so far?

I have problems loggin in to EFX platform today, and also connecting to their web page. Is only a problem with my connection or some of you have the same problem?

EDIT: now it's working happy scalping to all !
