Finished Book. Book=Excellent. It corrected my set up. You know you can't be good golf ball striker with a bad set up.

Hi Guys!
I can't get a chart up off of my EFX/MB feed. Ninja has accepted the
feed, since it has launched Navigator in tandom with Ninja. Maybe
the symbols for FX are unique to Ninja. Like D., I can only find futures.
I hope to get it working as it looks like it's a nice platform.

btw Linuxtroll, have you ever tried using Ninja with EFX for tick charts? what do you think?

Hey everyone, been reading this great post, and had a question for all the Australian people on the forum or whoever knows which is the best times to trade for me being in australia and which currency pairs are best suited for the rainbow setup. I would mainly like to trade from roughly 6:00pm onwards until probably 1:00am also i may occasionally jump on at about 7:00am-11:00am. so if you could tell me what pairs and at what times between the times i have mentioned are best times to trade.
(hope that doesnt sound to confusing)

From a fellow aussie to another aussie, the simple answer to your question is - screen time. This is the essense of this system. Whatever time you can put in the screen time, do it on the demo account. And concentrate on 1 pair, as LT says. There is enough money to be made in 1 pair. Scalping is a high concentration demanding method, and if you are watching too many pairs, you will be distracted. Mind you, I do know of one trader who scalps 9 instruments, but he would be an exception rather than the rule.
As scalpers we are looking for the instrument with the least spread and most volatility. Eur/Jpy is good at this, spread can be 0 to 1 on ecn, about 2 on oanda (same as eur/usd, but more movement).
The times you have said are about the same times that I can trade due to work restrections, and there is enough oppurtunity to in that time frame to make some positive trades. The most active times are during market opens, market open crossovers, and market closes.
Just spend the screen time, and it should start to make sense. Get the e-book, and it should make even more sense.
That is the best help I can suggest at the moment.

I will not try them until they support ForEx ECN...
I guess I don't understand. Is OANDA
somehow better if I'm using EFX/MB
as my "ECN"? This is a bit of a confusing
issue for this NB. I just want to get setup
so that I can continue practicing my scalping.
P.S. If I missed this in the book I'm going to kick myself
in the butt. I'm going to re-check.
