This should work. Email can be disabled in the settings too.
Tell me if it doesn't work - I'll fix it: I haven't tested this.

Have you configured the email settings in Metatrader?
Actually, since the markets are offline now, it cannot work yet. Check tomorrow if it sends email when a arrow is painted.
