DislikedUh oh. You better read up on how to use the ADX, Yezbick. When the line turns north and breaks above the 20 line it does not necessarily mean its bullish. It simply means price is breaking out of its 'range' and beginning to 'trend'. The trend could be bearish, as in this case. I am not presently using the ADX but when I saw your post I just wanted to shoot you a line so you didn't think up was bullish and down was bearish. That indicator is a range versus trend indicator. Up means trending strong. Down means trend is weakening. Below 20 means price is ranging.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but as I understand the adx the adx index is for ranging or not ranging as you indicated and the +DI or -DI show the trend in progress.
