I want to try coin flip strategy with GU .... Tp20 pip, SL10 pip. hmmmm Aus say it still can win because of good MM. head Buy, Tail Short.

Hi Karm. I read in one of your previous posts that you use the BB method, at least for confirmation as I understood, so in such a raanging market would you take signals from it especially the 4hr chart where we have price looking ready to fall but doesn't yet?

Those people who are entering short right now need to be prepared for losses. I'm seeing a trendline break to the upside, support on the 61.8 fibonacci, and the 50,70,100 simple moving averages flowing beautifully upwards on the four hour chart. I went long on Sunday.

I have it plotted on my chart, but I don't really pay much attention to it. Whenever price is at the upper/lower BB, it doesn't necessary mean price will fall/rise, price could consolidate there and then shoot up later on. Study price action, it's the best.

I have posted more detailed charts on Aus's Weekly Predictions Thread (check his signature for link), but I thought I'd go ahead and post an updated 4H chart showing what I believe is on its way. This chart actually shows three occurrences of bearish divergence. The first two caused minimal bearish moves and the third hasn't actually completed its cycle, but neither or the first two divergences brought about the kind of down moves expected. Divergence can give headfakes and is therefore unreliable as an entry indicator. However, divergence is very accurate in telegraphing ahead of time what kind of move is imminent. Drawn-out divergence on the 4H chart should produce more than a mere 200 pip move which is what happened with the first divergence shown on this chart. I don't know how much further upward price will go for the moment, if any at all, but there is a big downward movement coming soon according to the divergence factor. There could still be pips available going long on intraday indicators but it would be foolish to not keep the divergence factor in the back of your mind. I'm only showing the 4H chart here, but there is divergence showing also on the 1H, the 30M and the 15M charts right now. If you're long, at least be aware of the divergence. Remember, divergence should never be used as an entry indicator. It only shows that reversals or retracements are in the works, but it does not give accurate entries. You must use other indicators to help you with your entries.
