It is time to buy usdcad for at least to sell at 9861.

Last week completed the 100% move to the downside which is a reflection of the last major upside movement of $/cad. The attached chart is on the daily.

PERFECTO TRADO!!

I expect price to meet resistance at the 23% fib (0.9926) if it breaks through 0.9900.

I agree with this one.... and overall after this has completed I expect another fall to about 0.96-0.95

I'm still aiming for 9600-9500 which I'm hoping to see tomorrow...and who knows...maybe we'll see the turn around in the whole market next week (October's Black Monday again?) or maybe it'll happen the following monday who knows. After 0.95 is met I'll probably start considering going long

aim lower....i read somewhere 9300 is a possibility, even 9000....god USD is getting seriously pwned.

of course im talking for long term horizon.

Plus you have to factor in the Amero, which means this pair may stay at parity until its no longer a pair but a single currency.

well said. i agree. i think thres just much better opportunities in other pairs...gotta love euro has been too good to me.

Right and I actually see a potential .8800! After 0.9500 is when I'll be extra cautious to be on the lookout for the actual reversal

Hi everybody. A great number of old faces are not posting any more. Why that? I think that it's too risky at the moment to buy especially before it is below 0,98. If tomorow's statement of BOC is a little bit agressive the pair could reach 0,9650 or even lower. That's why place your stops.

If we take a look at the chart 1 or 4 hour we could see that during the last couple of weeks the pair made similar movements after the consecutive slump - up 100 pips in the begining of the week and after that slump of 150-200 pips. Lets see what will happen this week and whether this will repeats again. The pair still can not stay above 0,98.

I'm doing that since 0300 lol...

Anyways, seen comments from several analysts that oil WILL go down to $70, fast. That should weigh in CAD.

BUT

They couldn't tell whether or not it will reach $100 first.

So they are pretty much like us around here...
