That is your pov mate, nobody says anything. I just stated the conditions for the Aus' strategies. As long as you work your own way and get green pips that is ok

I too have been trading this indicator with QQE60 15M. Also with higher timeframe filters (30M & 1H). Using QQE5 & QQE1 for exits. Original default settings seem OK but were designed for trading days/months in Japan (check history of indicator). I have currently opted for 8/24/48 in 15M timeframe. Between default and settings proposed on Ichimoku thread here: http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=50287

Like you have been attracted to this indicator of late. It offers a range of info at quick glance. Also let's us know what Japanese traders are looking at - ideal for JPY pair trading. While I follow the 15M timeframe for scalps, I think 4H looks promising for longer swings. Check it out....

So will continue to watch your posts and results with interest.

I never posted it in the Weekly analysis thread, but by Monday of this week I began thinking that this week's candle might end up being a doji. Right now price is basically right where it started the week. I think we still have at least a couple more weeks of bullishness left before any major move down, but this week might end up being a week of consolidation. Pin Bars have more validity at swing highs and swing lows. I agree with you that we are in a long term up trend, but not in a straight line. The Pin Bar showing the small red body is the one I am are loooking at now. Clearly a sign of a reversal down. Now, it price moves up and past this Pin Bar, we are in a very strong up trend. Other confluences also occurring that validate a short term down movement: S/R area, etc.
Short term shorts & long term longs is how I'm playing this current up trend.

Strength Indicator(very simillar to MACD) as the trend confirmation indicator.

If daily 4hr and 1hr all lined up together I go for a 500 pip profit target.
If only 4hr and 1hr lined up together I go for a 200-300 pip target.

Yep - I'm with you on set TP - 1 conservative (eg 50) and another more hopeful (eg 90) - depends on trend strength and other timeframes.
The exits come into play when TPs are not met - eg earlier short this morning from around 238.95 didn't go low enough for my TP so out at BE with QQE5 cross.

I wouldn't argue if it was 1pip difference, but when you posted the highs on IBFX were at least 5pips lower than your entry . . . possibly more. Whatever though, just thought it interesting that you have phantom shorts.
