personally i think you can learn as much here as spending 5 grand on a course. just some of the stuff i have posted is right out of 2 to 5 thousand dollar courses i have bought. save your money and take your time. when i get the private section going i will teach you in a couple of months for 50 to 75 bucks a month what you would spend thousands on and i have already weeded out the bs from the gold. jim

hi James, any idea how long before you might get the show on the road....i know you are busy wit ur business, trading and more importantly....a new baby
but just thought, i'd ask what kind of a time line are you looking at before you get started....so i can look forward to it

Let me add to the importance of reading!!!.... Especially Mark Douglas's books: "Trading in the Zone" & "The disciplined trader".... Dailyfx.com has some basics on currencies & their fundamentals. After that, develop a trading plan, an edge, then Demo Demo Demo until you have a track record of profit.

The old axiom is true: "....pay now or pay later... " whichever you choose, but you will pay!!. I'd rather you pay now with reading & research instead of real money later on.

Anpar dude, thanks for the link.....awesome title and if you have broadband then you can find a lot more titles on some of those peer-to-peer sites.
I downloaded a whole lotta ebooks from edonkey2000.com

and guys, James said he woulda be up and running in around 4-8 weeks with his training course so in the meanwhile lets prepare ourselves by reading as much as we can on trading psychology. It seems to be more important than the trading itself!!!

dear i hear about simple moving average .i open my indicator i dont find it .i find a moving average .so how i can get it .
also i hear about 200sma .100sma .
i use metatrader with alpari .
are is alpari good broker for mini account .i had bad experience with another broker .

Click on Insert/Indicators/Trend/Moving Average. Under Parameters tab Select MA Method Simple.
