Pic... current MT4 4hr. all three(10C,14C,1C) pointing down on the current 4hr bar. Look at the outcome. This is why I never exited my short position when it retraced to 238.60. Momentum at the start of this 4hr bar showed me this was going down.

Yep, I still see south and target in sight. There will be resistance at 235/234 that could turn it around unless we have a panic. I will hold onto one or two entries for the home run.

hey aus,

should we expect a 4 hr retrace to the 4hr 5 sma. I use MT4 so my candle just closed.

New 4hr Momentum MT4.

This indicates a possible 4hr 5sma retracement(1C-weak).good short entry if it retraces to 5sma. However We will see new lows within this 4hr(10C and 14C) and enough Momenum to break the supports.

Hello

Ineed some help on entry on the 4hour/1 hour strategy. I noticed a QQE cross and close of candle on the 4 hour. I then saw the 1 hour QQE was quite a way from the 50 line so I waited for a retracement back to touch the 50 line as per the rules posted. It did not touch and carried on down. Have I missed the boat on this trade and what did I do wrong.

Sorry for newbie basic question but it is the only way I can learn.

You missed it, the entry was at 238.38 area. If you enter now.. you are increasing your risk. Wait for the next one ...

When price retraced back to the 5 sma (not the 50 line) on the 1hour would have (as it turns out) a nice entry short at 237.90ish area.

Only if you knew how little harmonics come into play with my trading! But they do look pretty on the chart!

It does amaze me how my lines match up with yours, HKs, Aus's, M2Bs, etc... we use different systems but they tend to compliment each other (not all of the time) but enough!

I must admit, I just made a newbie mistake and I can't believe it. I just bought at .05 because I too think there will be a retracement upwards. This may work out and it may not. Ladies and Gentlemen, never buy into a downwards movement. Ever. End of story.
