Zoran... The retest of the bottom of your triangle looks good, I see support not far below though favouring longer term longs. Just my view.

Did you seriously say that Aus trades without analysis????

I am a cowboy and I trade based upon fundamentals. I mostly use Aus's methods to determine retrace points and support/resistance areas. Aus, however, is the most disciplined trader you will ever meet.

New Trader, you've just tarnished your name already. I couldn't begin to see Markam or Auslanco acting as "cowboys". These two are very informative when people have things that actually need answered. it is the people that come to this thread with no intentions of contributing (such as yourself) that tend to be the cowboys. It would have been nice if price would have broken the neckline and made a new low, however look for the blue fork to contain price if the shorts are valid. price moving east or drifting east through the fork and the small H&S is void imho.

Excellent, thank you Auxesis. The blue forks put a little more focus on the immediate price. What are the parameters of these? In other words, based on you analysis, does price ever move away from them and then move back into them? Or if the price moves outside, then the tendency is to stay outside and negate that position?

I'm short based upon a retracement to the 4 hour sma. However, tokyo stocks are supposed to be up at the start, so I am definitely not 100% that we are going to go down over the next few hours.

Markam, you always talk of the 4 hour sma and the daily sma. I, along with a few others most likely, am not sure as to what values you base your 4 hour and daily sma's. Could you tell us the values? Thanks a lot.

Maybe you can explain to me why they are "supposed" to be up at the start. I guess I'm too much like PipChick and don't understand these vague predictions.

Thank you Mike,

The blue fork completed the center median off it's first push, i put in the gold off that last swing and now price has made the center of that, If the blue is still in control it should head south from here, jmho, if price moves out side the fork it's action/reaction can still come into play but the opposing fork would have priority.

maybe i'll get a chance later to post some more later,

Premarket numbers for the stock market. The Nikkei is expected to open above fridays close (the market was closed on Monday). An up market during the asian trading hours will correlate somewhat with GJ going up. It is not nearly as close as the US market correlation, but I don't like being in a position opposite the equity market.
