Supernova GBP/JPY Mini Trend Catcher

I have a question about closing positions. Do you close as soon as one of the indicators goes against you? For example if you're long and all the indicators are lined up on the long side but then QQE gives a short signal, do you close straight away or wait for the other indicators to confirm?

the ea should close it for you and enter a short. i'm i right cryten?

I would personally always close as the QQE is producing a new dot or arrow. On the other indicators I would possibly alter a trailingstop to run a bit tighter like 65 tightening to 25 or even 15. But you have to be aware, that if you are trading longterm, that there may be areas of intermediate weakness, but the trend is not yet broken and may resume after some time.
But I would definitely close the trade as the QQE is only pretending to cross on the next candle/bar.

This is as you trade manually - otherwise it is right what treadline said above: The EA will get you out.

Lady Qpip is using the Supernova EA from the template in her tests. But the other EAs are also working nicely with the above information. The difference is only 5-9 % on Glenn's EAs and now that all EAs are using the same QQE at last, they should be closer. So you can now use any of these robots from here.

How was trading today? I had to work so I couldn't trade but I will be in about 5 hours. I saw a couple of trades that I would have manually made last trading session. What I did this weekend was I read the very first post and forgot that Cryten stated that there's some nice trades between the hours of 15:00 EST - 00:00 EST time. I will start paying that timeframe some attention and practice entering trades. As we speak looking at the 15 min tf chart on Vtrader a signal was made at 18:15 est and all indicators said to sell on the 18:45 est candle as of 22:00 the market has shorted over +90 pips seems to still be heading down. Okay I will try to get a few hours of sleep and I will be chatting with you good folks in the morning. Have a Blessed day and Happy trading to everyone.

I was always sucked by GBP/JPY,up to now losing around 0.6million$.Eagerly wondering if anybody could provide me some effective scalping or trading strategies for GBP/JPY,free or paid does not matter.

I trade manually on Tuesdays and Fridays from 2am - 9am eastern time using Vtrader. I have been very thrilled how easy this system is. When I place a trade first I like to add the daily pivot indicator to see if we are having a buy or sell day. Like today the GPY/JPY opened under the daily pivot line and that alerts me to be extra careful with long trades. Next week I will start trading live all week because I will be on vacation. Please do your self a favor and practice this wonderful system. Once you got it you can continue to make it better and better. Hello ELE,

Please read this thread and educate yourself. You will like it here just takes some time especially if your like me and somewhat new (less then 2 years) to forex. This thread is an effective trading system, but you will have to practice until you have proven to yourself that this system is effective. Please read and stop trading live, evidentlly you are doing something very wrong to be losing 0.6 million dollars . But I do know that you can change that around. God Bless and Happy Learning!! Hello,

If you want to learn this thread you must see if your broker/ECN offer the indicators needed for the Supernova. If they don't please open a demo Vtrader or Metatrader account. I prefer using CMSFX Charts because I'm so use to them. I also have a Meta4Trader demo account, but I only got that to test one of the E.A. 's in this thread. Check this post out http://www.forexfactory.com/showpost...07&postcount=1

It tells you everything you must do and that post includes the QQE indictor for the Vtrader chart (CMS). Once you have a demo chart add the indicators posted in the link above. I use the GPY/JPY 15 min chart. I will post you a picture of my chart.

It has the T3 indicator, QQE, DMI 14, MOM 10.

You seem to work a lot! Hopefully they will really give you that holiday around the 15th so we can get the testing party started!
Speaking of 15 ... your success with the smaller timeframes is really of great interest, as we have some problems to get the EAs working on it. Talk to you later today... your morning!
