Hi,

I'm using MT4, and have downloaded template etc. from first page, but I have no dots or alerts, can anyone clarify?

Hallo Magneto!

Try this post #899.

All indicators have to go into the .../experts/indicators folder of your MT4 platform. The EA has to go to /experts & the template to /templates. If everything is distributed correctly it should work. There has been a recent update to the .zip-file so maybe someting is missing there. Until now I had no time to load that.

Yes, I did that twice, still no change, might have to reinstall again.

Just saw some other posts where others were having same problems, thought it may have been a programming error.

Hi, There are no dots but instead arrows as per skyline's update. make sure you have QQE and QQE alert v.2 in indi folder.

Nothing much developed, yet. My own settings are, at the moment,
QQE/MOM/DMI/CCI true for entry.
CCI for exit, since it is apparently always the first to trigger, and I want to stop the price slides early, even if I must re-enter.
Damiani is false, until I figure out what is reasonable.
Volume is false: same reason.
MM: true arbitrary 3% per pair.
30 min. window.
DMI period 7.
Prayer to all the forex gods.

Thanks for the EA and for posting your settings. What value are you using for the CCI crossing +100 or -100. The default of 14?

Guys, it's only me ? I'm new at working with EA's so I know that I need a little time to get use to "it's brain" but at the same time I want to be sure "he's brain" is working properly :

Please check the late exit on first chart then the late entry on the second image...any explanation...I wonder if does work properly on your stations?
My entry and Exit were set to be executed on QQE cross only!

The system looks good mannually ...now, if the robot will be in time it will really be great !!!!!!!!!!!!!


By the way, again, thank you kindly to all for the on going support here on the thread! Awsome!

Hello HBrandt!

It looks like the new EA is ignoring the switch to FALSE on the Momentum at least, as exit and entry seem only to happen on MOM crossing. You are right in pointing out that this is not supposed to happen.
Unfortunately I had no time (and space) until now to use the newest EA. I'll be trying later this night, as I will have to leave for a few hours.

Maybe you can get a hold of Glenn (winsteadglenn *lost in Montana ) or of skyline. I also need skyline later on for some questions concerning the QQE again.

I am not yet sure, either. I have been playing with it a little, and I think period 7 is going to be very good for the CCI and DMI. I am, however, looking for early exits, to control losses.
I am on the 30 min. window.
I was having some problems with late entries, so I put both the QQE. mq4 and the MTF QQE EX4 on the chart and things seemed to improve nicely, all around, including CCI exits. Imagination? Not positive, but it seemed very real. With the EX4, there is, of course, a slot to put in the time window, i.e., 30, in my case.
The default is period 5 smoothing/ change to 1.
In a previous life, I had played with CCI, and found that a threshold of a few pips more than 100 filtered out a lot of marginal movements. If I recall, I had settled in on 106 or something, but, for the moment, I am set at 100.

I donīt know if you have got any answers to your question. I think the reason to the diff between what you calculate as profit and whatīs shown, is the so called "pip-value". On the pairs without USD in it, the pip-value is roughly 0.86 at the moment.

I have been studying this system for a few weeks and what I keep coming back to is using the QQE on H1 charts. Enter and exit at crosses. I one would enter with multiple lots and take profits along the way, I think it could be very profitable. But I haven't actually tested it on a demo because my need for sleep keeps getting in the way! LOL This is why I think an EA would be great.

I also put on the NonLagMA and it looks to me that most of the time the QQE keeps you in a trade.

This is just my observations. I don't have a demo to back me up.
