Previously, I had found a resource that provided source-code for MetaTrader's built-in indicators (ATR, fractals, etc.). I can't seem to find the link/site now. Can someone point me in the right direction?

MetaQuotes has posted code for most of their basic indicators at their mql4.com site. Look at the files on pages 11 thru 14 in the codebase for indicators. This may not be the exact source code but should be functionally equivalent.

The code, for me, is also in my experts/indicators folder on my computer.
