I was to busy crying just now when the gbpnzd revered on me with a huge loss... My first tiem trading with it... Iwas not the only one that took a huge loss, my buddy friend just took a huge loss on 250k buy in.

Atleast I made my money back in the other yin pairs. Expect for the gbpjpy, never got in.

I need to find a buy in on this pair!

All eyes on the 0055GMT Fixing today - as today is the last day of H1 FY07/08 for Japan and also week end, and month end fixing. Hearing talks of very good 2-way potentially large flows - in excess of >$500m - on one side talks of huge Japanese commercial fixing demand from Japanese mega-city banks and Japanese securities houses/ brokerages, lifers toushin related demand - so bids at 115.20-30. On the other side, some talks that the regular Japanese custodian, agricultural and regional bank may have large to sell for repatriation - and exporters as well - so offers at 115.80-116.00 - so could see good 2-way interest.

The moves started happening exactly at 0055 GMT. It's a fight going on..

Edit : Japanese corporates sold more than 1 billion $ of USD/JPY. Ok, so that's what it takes to make a 100 pip move lol
