Carry trader never look south ........ they will have to pay 3 pip/ day to broker then..... they want to go North so they can get their 2.5 pip/day......

but usually good news for US take DOW higher levels and therefore geppy also raises

Of course to be accurate, right now the value of the euro is just not falling as fast as the value of the dollar. Since it is a fiat currency, it will ultimately become worthless just like the dollar.

Nicely manipulated. The 10% rumour turned into an actual 8% with an expected 5%. It kind of makes it look better than it is.

It is interesting watching fear (of a recession) fighting greed (another fed rate cut) in the stock market.
