PIPchick.. I have had this disccussion many times before with many cowboys/cowgirls. Fundamentals means jack shit with out the technicals.. I have made over 15000 pips on this pair without looking at a single fundamental news.. May be fulltime scalpers like yourself, yes fundamentals matters.. but for me it's just a another secondary indicator to confirm the direction which my strategy shows. You would not know this, since you dont follow the strategy.

I dont rememebr stating that I was a scalper.DO you really believe the fundamentals did not provoke our shorts over the last hour or so? I can assure you that the technicals did not provoke them.

I would definately think the big fall to 219 is in store as I dont see any positive news at all that could push this pair higher. The interest rate cut was what everyone wanted to hear, now that that's over its back to the downside imo.

Then the BOE will probably cut rates at the next meeting. More gj meltdown in the future I think.

If we get a bounce off this 229.60, I'll be looking to sell the rally at 230.70 or 231.35, which are 23.6 and 38.2 retrace points from this move down.

Check the time stamp on this post which I posted at 05.33AM EST(09.33GMT), when the UK news came way better than expected. I spotted this drop 8 hours ago from my indicators.. Do you need more proof??

yeah--im just hoping it doesnt close above it---ive shorted a smll postion at 2.0137 , ill short more once i have a 30min confirmation
e/u is just going higher--it could go another 100-200 pips higher
4hr for g/u and e/u is still bullish
so better to wait for 30min signal
see right now the mentality of many is that e/u is at almost 1.4100 so good place to short---and then realise by tomro its another 100 pips higher--lol ( this is what happened when it broke 1.3000--chk it out)
so ill just wait and actually on e/u when it dips and i get another 30min long signal--im goiing in big for at least 50-100 pips

now i wait for a retrace to get in again.
