It was a retrace. It spiked then trader took profits. In and out.

Wait for some direction. It is quite normal to chop up and down. Many traders' accounts get liquidated on days like today so be patient and careful.

canceled the short trade after 6 requotes. when it hesitated near the first top got out of the long. that took another 6 requotes and was just soon enough to cover the loss on the short trade. LOL. so it cost my demo account the spread on two trades. LOL. now i am waiting for the retrace for my live account.
