Just after the London news I'm going to place a short trade at a suitable place with 2% SL. I Have a feeling the Brokers will refuse orders after the NY start. I dont want to miss the train. If you decide to do the same.. make sure you only trade an amount you can afford to loose. This pair could also head north after the FOMC and hit your SL.

03:50 Possible Reaction By FX Market To Fed Scenarios Sydney, September 18:
The FOMC result and statement to be announced at 18:15 GMT later today has been
the focus of the market since the release of the weak US non-farm payroll data
and there are a few possible scenarios on the outcome of the Fed meeting.
Speaking to a number of analysts we have come up with a "tip sheet" on possible
outcomes and possible reactions to those outcomes.
* Fed keeps Fed Funds rate unchanged/lowers discount rate another 50 BPS and
issues dovish statement: Less than a 10% chance that they will, but if they did,
the stock market would sell off hard and JPY-funded carry trades would fall
sharply. The EUR/USD would fall below 1.3800 in a knee-jerk reaction.

* Fed eases the Fed funds rate and discount rate 50 BPS and issues neutral
statement: Despite a number of high profiled economists calling for this
scenario, most feel there is less than a 20% chance of that happening. If they
did it is likely the stock market would jump higher initially and push up the
JPY-funded carry trades. The EUR/USD would fly above 1.4000.

* Fed eases the Fed Funds rate 25 BPS and lowers the discount rate 50 BPS and
issues a "dovish" statement: This is a popular scenario among some analysts at
the moment and it is given more than a 30% chance. The stock market would
probably rally and push up the carry trade. The EUR/USD would move up and test
the all-time high around 1.3925. The above result with a "neutral" statement
would result in a muted reaction in all the markets.

* Fed eases 25 BPS lowers the discount rate 25 BPS and issues a dovish
statement. This one is given more than a 30% chance by analysts. The stock
market would be slightly disappointed and the carry trades would ease slightly.
The EUR/USD would trade back towards 1.3800. If the Fed goes 25/25 and releases
a "neutral" statement the stock market would sell off, the carry trades would
move lower and the EUR/USD test/break 1.3800. [email protected]

I dont think it's the people here.. The spammers got softwares which will search for email address on Forums and websites. They can go thorough about a million pages on the net for a second, collecting the email addresses.

The price is still trying to complete the 4hr 5sma before before 5GMT. I doubt it's got enough bull strength for the 4hr retracement.
