I was long from Daily Pivot and just took profit.Dove don't you think that Weekly Central Pivot will show some strong resistance.
I know that the trend is up but I'm looking forward to some retrace so that I can but it "cheapier"
.
There is also one thing I would like to ask you : IF you have some time later today will you be so kind to post some pictures of BB and what you define as "candle hooked to it" and what as "breaching of the BB by the candle".
Just simply BB without any indicators.For example for me current situation on 30min indicates that retraces is about to come (remember your words
?, more than 1/2candle above BB )

Yup, definitely no hard and fast rules.
Its all about ur risk appetite... and also ur pip target for the day... no point risking good profit.

Actually I played it and just made "well-known Dove's 7pips
However,I agree it is safer to enter position after retrace finishes

You know,actually I don't know if Dove agree with me but I believe that being profitable on retrace is more likely with BB being on your side.
The reason I jump on it was fact that in contrary to Jason previous position (hey Jason I was also shorting back then so don't worry .... besides crossing on 3min chart we had also this sharp break through BB.
I was just playing the games of probabilities and I think that this short was more probable then previous one.
....... still maybe I was lucky

Add: Any other regular EMAs would have whipsawed you till u bleed...
