Looking at my 4 hour chart, I would say that we are now in a downtrend on the GPD/JPY. It looks as though the second wave has been finished and now the correction for that wave has come into play. After this correction, I feel that we should see A LOT more downward movement. I actually am going to feel a little crazy here and say that we could possibly see past 229.00 for a short time and then it will most likely rebound as this looks to be very strong support. The daily charts, to me, look as though the downtrend within it is prevalent also. On the dailies, it ALSO looks as though the second wave down has been finished on August 19th, and now we are dealing with that retrace. Once this retrace is over, I feel that The drop off this time will be very large and go down past the 229.00 support level. Any comments?

why are you people panicking? the pair cannot and will not just go down in a straight line.

draw a fibonacci retracement for this last bear run (top 233.29 - low 230.16), the price just did a 50% retracement and it should head south.. if it doesnt then look for 61.8% retracement.

229.00 still on the cards for me.

That's true, looks normal. But what do you personally use as your exit strategy when a trades moves against you?

after a bull-run (couple of bullish candles), a pin-bar would indicate change of direction which in our case to the downside.
