reentered short with 30 pips profit locked away. The japanese stock market is making me really nervous. I hope the europeans are bearish.

The bad UK news came out after London closed, so wouldn't they be bearish once they open.. as you know I'm not into news but to me they should be bearish today.

I'm staying out mate.. that northern rock issue seems to have been resolved. Also, talks of eastern european and russian buyers.. bought GJ at lower levels.
To me, it seems that this should go up till the US session.. and then US retail sales will come out -ve.. and it will drop again.

It looks like still some of my fellow traders are still confused about trends and retracements.

This is the current scenario.. The price hits a very strong trendline (4hr 200 SMA-brick wall) yesterday . The price bounced back hard just like I expected.. and now the price could test that level again. The pair has completed the retracement and now it has enough firepower to break 200 SMA. Still there are no credible bearish signals. This is just a retracement from the yesterday's high's . Still the Daily and 4hr trend is bullish. So becareful if you are loading too many positions thinking the price may drop. This is not a bearish rally yet. Just a retracemnt from yesterdays bullish rally.

I closed my short. The Nikkei is just on fire. As usual, Aus is looking to be correct again.

damn, Im tired of this crap weekly pattern : japanese sell, europeans do nothing and americans buy. Plus, today its Friday, so god knows what might happen. 232-231 is vital in my opinion, I would like to see a 4H close below that area to start shorting.
Anyway, all the fun seems to be on evenings and mornings in Japan. For the european boring afternoon, grab a cup of british tea and watch some movies.
We leave no soldier behind.

Guys, I hate to ask this here since its remedial.

I've been looking through VT trying to learn it, more specifically if it has an email or sms alert function for the "trading systems" I've looked through their help page etc and cant find word one about it.

If anyone knows if they do have function to alert via sms or email let me know please. I don't want to waste anymore time looking for something that might not exist. Thanks

I have to admit... you really know what you are doing.

Yesterday the cable bounced off out of a upper channel line. And it was very clear the spikes rejecting the line. And ppl went crazy searching for every site about a new of some collapse.

As i said before in other threads, i'm a fundamental trader, but when we see a clear rejection of a mega SMA, i dont understand why ppl blame every new.


UJ for example stopped today near the H4 100 SMA that ruled the pair many time since 124. A 618 Fib in the area helped too to sustain a overbought pair.

Tomorow is another day, but a selloff tomorrow will be wierd because it will be based on a misunderstanding.

I hope not because i hate to know what to do, and realize that i will be burn thanks to the indecision of the others.

LOL... everytime a pair drops over 100 pips.. every one thinks it's collapsing..

I dont rule out a big fall..But we dont have solid confirmation of a bearish rally as yet. According to the current scenario either the pair will range or re-test yesterday's highs.
