American Home Mortgage is trying to hold onto the mortgage servicing business, since it is basically the only valuable asset that they had left. As a result, thousands of homeowners taxes and insurance payments aren't being made.

Not just a good job... That was an impressive prediction. At the time, price was at 232.40 with no clear direction. He nailed it down to the pip.
