I have shorted at 231.81 with SL 232.23 and TP 231.52.
My tp have missed by 1 pip price came to 231.51 and bounced back.
Sl have hited exactly at 232.23 and came back npw at 231.89

That has happened to me before. I usually don't use stops unless I am not monitoring a trade. If a stop is hit, it is usually (at least for me) by a spike and you get screwed when the spike drops.

Also, your stop loss was pretty small for GJ, and your potential loss was greater than your potential profit. Not good money management unless you had a scalping strategy you were running.
If you have time, wait for a trade call from Aus. A more risky approach would be to grab an entry point around 231.80 (1H 5SMA). If it goes much below 231.80 avoid a long trade for now because price might be heading south instead. Things are not all that clear right now, and I wouldn't want you to lose money.
