Currently we are bouncing inbetween two key reversal points so I am just scalping in the middle until we get a bounce or break. As I said earlier, 238 is the reversal unless 227 breaks with a target of 221 (to retest the 219 low).

Just woke up to a very nice Short Setup, took a 40 pips scalp on a Short.

Looks Like were getting a second hourly bar short, need to have a 30 min retrace correct???

Hi Monarc.. yes the 1hr and 30min 5 sma retracement is due.. I went short on 15 min 5 sma... I will load more if the 1hr retraco happens..

I been waiting for a 30 minute retrace, but so far the dow won't move off its low of the day. It needs to back off a little and let GJ retrace.

I should have just stayed in my short instead of trying to catch the retrace point.

Very Good, thanks bro.

Will be waiting for the 30min bar to retrace to 5SMA, should be some more movement downward to test the recent low at 229.18 then the 228.22 once that breaches.

Will be standing by here for a nice short.

Watch price in relation to the 5SMA's on both charts and how much time is left on each candle in each chart as price closes the gap. Also look for the angle of Momentum on each chart. In this case it's pretty much a no-brainer because the 5SMA on both the 30M and 1H are near the same mark, around 230.40. Momentum is now pointing down on 30 min. Does that mean that retracement would be to 1hr 5sma or because at the top of the hour since momentum on 30 min was up you can still consider the 30 min 5sma?

Momentum indicator is a very tricky indicator.. You must study the price action with the indicator behavior to get a feel and use it for your trading.. All we can do is introduce you to the correct indicators. It's up to you to take your time study and learn.. Please keep your silly lazy questions to your selves and start studying the indicator behaviors... Thats how we learnt and thats how we expect you to learn.. We our selves trade for a living and dont have time to babysit.
