i glad i ignored all the long talk and stuck with my shorts. I was pretty sure that the initial bump in the stock market was simply a bounceback from fridays dive. Hopefully, it will continue down the rest of the day.

The 30 mn chart has crossed down . . . now wait for the 1HR to cross down and 1 HR candle to close below Gann to enter your SHORT. of course, all at your own risk! :-)

trying to predict every move up and down kills me, especially during the US market. I am happy if I can get the main direction for the day and clear some pips.

yeah, i got my long stopped out
I already saw my 5 min QQE (30) crossed downward earlier but didn't exit or go short. I guess this is one of those days.. ego win.

I entered a short this morning. I just entered a little too early, so I missed a few pips I could have gotten if I had a little more of Karmo's patience.

I'm out now. I will wait for a 30 minute retrace and look at the situation again.

During the US market, I depend a lot on what the stock market is doing. I knew there would be an opening bounce, but I was pretty sure it would fade back to at least fridays close. Now we need to watch closely to see if we are going to have a positive or negative day in the market.

There will always be newbies who don't know how to read your charts no matter how much explaining you try to do. They just need to go to a website or buy a book and learn how to read charts. That's not your fault. People should not be trading if they can't read charts. If you post a chart, people can look at it and then ask questions referencing the chart if there is something they don't understand. Visual beats hearing/reading. Keep posting. Ignore the dumb questions. There are people gaining valuable informaton from your posted charts.

Here are my charts that are still in play - nothing has really changed. Originally posted two weeks ago but updated over a week ago in this post http://www.forexfactory.com/showthre...35#post1572135

Currently we are bouncing inbetween two key reversal points so I am just scalping in the middle until we get a bounce or break. As I said earlier, 238 is the reversal unless 227 breaks with a target of 221 (to retest the 219 low).

looks like its leaning negative unless a rumor of some immediate rate cut occurs
