After a cross on Stochastics we can consider the current price range Ex. Op.

The optimization is complimented by RSI.

The 25|50 rules are exactly the same on the daily chart. But it treeeeeeeeeends a lot. You enter a trade and you are in it for months lol.

I do have other systems, i also have contact details on the top right corner of all my posts.

Candle close below 50EMA , new candle open below 50EMA, stochastics not crossed yet and Doji not 100% accurate reversal signal. Still short. Thank you

We may need to Close and Reverse our short trade.

You can either enter immediately, or wait for a break of the last High point so we can confirm a new Bull Trend by Dows' theory.

Whatever you find safer.

Stoch. cross on H4 looks promissing, looks like we might be in for a good ride. soon enough.

If the two loosing trades we had today on M5!!!! bother you, then you have no business trading at all. - you may be better off selling oranges or something

We will probably have a long signal on the next candle.
Use ATR for your stop loss on another entry signal, or Manual Trailing if the trade starts to trend.

Looks like we finally caught the right signal.

I expect a long ride based on Stochastics and RSI on H4 + the 1 doji.

This just goes to show how early we can catch reversal signals with this.
If there is any other system you know that can catch them earlier, you are probably very rich

YES. We had 2 loosers during the consolidation, but this will happen, despite that we continue taking the signals, like i said price will normaly bounce in a range from 2 to 6 times before breaking out.

Say one misses the initial signal, and the next 4 hour candles keeps moving downward, what would you recommend as a way to get in to catch the trend? The fear is that it can be reversing the other way...

I've disregarded my ATR stop after the break of the high and Manual Trailed my SL to the 228.64 low.

I've set an Automated Trail for 150 Pips.

When i get up tomorrow i will see what happened.

Overall today

(M5) -26, -46, -29, +100

(H4) 160 (closed based on Exit Optimization / RSI + Stochs)

Total: +159 Closed / +40 Floating

Hmm.. thats a tough one.

Your best bet is:

A: Wait for the current price to start trading below 50% (the mid) of the last candle, then start looking for trade entries on M5 (dont forget RSI needs to be above or below for the signal to be valid)
B: Wait for a close / open below the close or low of the previous H4 Candle then look on M5 for entry signals.

We may consider Manual Trailing our SL to ~229.84

Floating Profit since our entry at ~229.03 is +200 Pips making todays trading session:

(M5) -26, -46, -29, +100

(H4) 160 (closed based on Exit Optimization / RSI + Stochs)

Total: +159 Closed / +200 Floating

Keep in watch of historical Rs: 230.50 >> 231.20

Hello,

By the looks of it Stochastics will cross on M5 without RSI breaking 50.
This is reason to consider reentries at a break of 231.22

This is our second reentry technique.
The first consists of waiting for the price to test 50 with a failure to break and close back above 25 >> we reneter on 25; look for Stochastics crosses to complement with the fresh close above 25 in order to reenter)
