I have an additional short waiting at 60 in case it breaks, if it does we will clear all current resisitance and go down to 231.88 again for a retest - but watch the news !

how do you think a rising, decreasing or a flat IR would effect the market?

If they increase it then that would come as a surprise and all GBP pairs should shoot up. An unlikely cut would do the opposite. Now as for the expected "unchanged", then I'm not sure. Could go either way though I would like to see an up movement.

Not much of an effect - only statement that was negative by BOE was a 'slowdown in consumer spending seen' - which kinda whacked GU and GJ down a bit.

well combination of bad uk data earlier today and non changing IR...
interesting combination...
the market seems to be going down but still indecisive in my opinion
