I was wondering if anybody would buy Expert Advisors and/or indicators from ebay. I personally have bought some training CDs and DVDs from ebay but don't think to buy EAs or indicators from there. I might only if I'm convinced that the system really works. What about you?

I bought some things. The worst is Forex Master. Paid couple hundred and it is worthless. I don't think so I'll buy it again.

If someone have EA or whatever, why he selling it, while he can get lot of pips from it.

Doesn't make sense EH !

You know, there are lots of EAs for sale on eBay right now. Most of the sellers claim that they are trading those EAs and making real money.

If you manage to sell your EA for say $1000 per copy and say sell 1000 copies in a few months you can make a million dollars, so why not sell it. The problem is many of these EAs are priced much less and they probably sell less than 5 copies per months. It is obvious to me that these EAs are not profitable.

sorry but....i would say : fucking sellers guys...they try to take want we are.... please ban them.
Do not believe the Hype and continue goood working.
(and understand the only capacity they have : take your spirit with bad words.....)

This is an aggressive approach to the sad truth. The majority of those sellers are bogus. Check out the next post.

I just found out that somebody is selling my EAs (the ones that I've shared with you for FREE) on eBay. He has changed the name of USDCHF Pip Boxer to AutoTrader and sells it under his name.

His eBay user name is currently bg3904. His old user name was merchant409 and he is not a registered user. Beware of this guy.

I was shocked that he has sold the EA for $39.99 to a buyer. The buyer finds out that the EA is a freeware and asks for his money back. He receives his money from the seller immediately.

Thanks Palmer for your support. I had no plans to sell the EA, that's why it's already shared for free with others. What I am sorry about is the people who take advantage of others and by others I mean the buyers of such EAs.

I purchased one system on eBay. It was for Visual Trader and it has proven to be very profitable for me. I believe the seller was only selling it in limited quantities so I'm not sure if it's still available.

This is really sad but will not affect my decision to share what I know with others. I will share as much as I afford for free. I know that the majority of Forex retail traders are losers and I really like to help them win this game.

By posting your software you immediately established a copyright as of that date. If the guy made any money, you have legal claim against him. Either way, you should be able to shut him down for violating your copyright.

He is already shut down. He sent me several PMs and apparently he wishes to settle the case directly with me. Since it is an ongoing process, I'll keep you posted as soon as it reaches the final stages. I can't disclose more info before it is final.

I voted "I've not done it before and wont' do it in the future", i would most likely only purchase from an idividual i could research such as what we could do here or at a couple of other forums and see the forward live results and then only if the purchase structure/model was palitable.

I was one of those buyers check out this package he sent this zip file. I thought shoot for $39.99 sounded like a good deal and he was supposedly showing some pretty good fwd. tests, and besides he said he was selling this E.A. so cheap because it was Christmas.The good thing I can say when I complained that this was Pip Boxer E.A. given freely, a few minutes later I was checking my email and found that my money had been refunded.Would like to thank Aparsai for making his E.A. freely available for us to use and I feel there is probably a few sellers on e-bay who are legit, but only a few.
