My Trading Journal. Trading ES / GC Futures (Micros).

Hello,

I decided to create this journal to keep a clear record of my performance, trades, and overall progress. I’ll be updating it every Friday. I typically trade Monday through Thursday.

I am currently trading three Top Step futures accounts (50K with DLL) and two My Funded Futures 50K Rapid accounts. I also started a very small live account with an initial balance of $500.

I am not promoting any prop firms. I am trading with Top Step and My Funded Futures for now, but may also buy challenges from Lucid and Take Profit Trader as I progress.

Solid start. Six accounts running at the same time is ambitious.
One thing I noticed from doing the same thing with ES micros: when you spread across that many accounts, the patterns you repeat don't show up in any single account's data. They just average out and stay invisible.
What does your review process look like right now? Weekly P&L or are you going deeper than that?

ES futures are a good fit for me. I trade mostly Asian session since I am at work during the day. I trade 2 or 3 micros at a time. One of the accounts that I have was traded with higher contract sizes and as you can see I hit $1000 Daily Loss Limit 3 times already. Learned my lesson. Slow and Steady wins the race. I am a big fan of exponential moving averages (9, 21, 50 and 200). Watching my charts in 15 min and 5 min and executing on 1 min. I keep it simple. No need to rush. On my live (small) account I am planning to compound it to a larger size hopefully.
