I am currently in a long position based on the following criteria: Price rejected $59,000 three times and cleanly broke above my blue downtrend line. Additionally, a strong bullish momentum candle breached the Daily Open (DO). Price is now trading above both the Previous Day Pivot (PDP) and today's Pivot (DP), signaling a potential reversal as buyers step back in.
If this structural shift holds true, the daily BTC chart could be at the beginning of a major macro W-formation, potentially sparking an impulsive move toward the neckline over the coming week.

  1. The Immediate Challenge: Next week's daily candles must reclaim the Previous Week Open (PWO) and secure a clean close above it.
  2. Invalidation Risk: If a candle closes below the DP (~$59,866), my buy order will be in serious danger, as price could easily slide back down to retest the lows.
  3. Keep in mind, it's still a high-risk counter-trend trade.

Targets: TP1: ~$60,850 | TP2: ~$61,200 | TP3: ~$61,800

Considering longs as well - short term though Toboso01. No positions yet.
Price is out of the wedge and the exit was uneventful - but it broke to the upside which is something (chart 1)
My EW idea on the daily chart supports some tradable upmove before downside to new lows below even 58k (chart 2)
In EW parlance price going above 63.2k says this idea is wrong and a sizeable upside is possible.
Chart 3 is just highlighting that the upmove off the lows (lower box) is not impulsive and is likely price taking a breather.
The longer box is the room to trade upwards before my EW idea is toast.
If price smells around the top of the box I will try a short looking for new lows

My EW musings (cont.)
If a move is truly a 3rd wave the wave 4 has a relationship with its length as a retracement:

Wave 4 retracement: Wave 4 usually retraces part of wave 3's gain, often between 23.6% and 38.2% of wave 3's length.

I have added Fibs to the wave 3 move down.
These mentioned fibs are on the chart.
The red line is the wave 1 low.
Another EW rule is that wave 4 should not get into the territory of wave 1
If my idea is correct then that red line should not be touched in this upmove
And a move down should go down to new lows

Thanks for you post. I like your chart. I tend to like systems that do not leave people indecisive. you chart has a lot of signals on it. Nice one.

Depends on the pair you’re looking at … how about Asian to London session on Monday …. Reason because no liquidity on cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin during the weekend …it’s slow to PRINT.

I’m price action during the weekends are for P2P Traders
