We can see full recovery of yesterday's loss at Gold and SP500. Already they recovered half. I wouldn't sell both of them today.

So yea back again as expected FED hold rates short term bearish for gold but in long term is still bullish. PD Candle couldn't break above $4332 great resistance since last Monday, today will be bullish but I'll try to short from $4326 PDPoC. Possibly market will sweep the high and go near $4260 and then will break above, or it can just break above but going short has more probabilities but it will be again the bias [short term] for today bias right now Is much bearish until PB from $4260.

Honestly i see potential to keep going higher too.
Downside is now empty space, the close range is very wide, so anything can happen, one of the sides we gonna take it, is where is value prices zones.
Back at London, that today only London Window can give me new levels, all mitigated in this range, except 4363.750 but that still holding...

The only thing my friend who works for an institution said is that they cant trade metals, anything else they can trade mainly currency pairs (which is forex btw)

Still the best level for long in my Prespective long from $4270 targeting maybe PDH or $4320 will be good.

Thats what a trader needs to do, i never trade when there is Red Folder news because no levels and strategy works that day, its pure gambling no matter how much knowledge or experience you have. Our motto is to make money, not trade everyday. If we are making enough money by working only 10 days in a month, what is the need to work 30 days and become negative..I realised it later in life, that urge of doing something which we have making us loose money, best way is start some different business or habit where you stay busy and only trade when time is correct and you will see money will rain over you..

It's not bottom the bottom level is $4250 I'm looking to buy from $4275 from It's 50% targeting 1:3 or High of Asia. Maybe get this trade in the London or maybe Now but, market should have dropped from $4328 but didn't indicates sellers aren't active that much today and but in order to go up this is the best level.
