Do you guys have a btc community to join in (like possible trades to execute, tps and sls, etc.)?

You used the same condition twice.
Indeed, and this is fundamental based assumptions, technical might be different.
For bitcoin, right now:
if data released that leans towards US interest rates not being increases it usually is bullish.
if data released that leans towards US interest rates being increased it usually is bearish and more so because we are in a bitcoin bear market
That is the way to look at it imo. Every data released is boiled down to the strength of the $ which is dependent on the interest rates or geopolitical incidents

Hmm, the resemblance between the two periods is crazy, I think it needs further investigation... Do larger patterns also repeat on a smaller scale?

That is the very basis of the Elliott Wav Theory.
The markets are fractal in nature.
Bigger motive waves are composed of smaller motive wave which are themselves composed of even smaller motive waves.
I like EW but only the clear counts on higher timeframes.
