I agree with you; it's uncertain what gold will do. At the ATR14 level of 10.15, the market is very volatile and very risky. I think gold needs to calm down a bit so we can catch its bottom price and make a good profit.

Still thinking that we are at 50/50 maybe now 60% bears/40% bulls...
As swing is need a 4h close above 4296 around that...
So caution... That zone is strong, but is not unbreakable, is the reason i engage on it when fresh...
