ask them for compensation. I had the same problem with Axitrader. I sent them proofs of screenshot from the mt4 terminal journal tab stating off quotes and cant close trades.. they compensated me and credited bank into my balance.

If they compensate loss due to technical problem, they are good brokers

yeah they are good. within a week I was compensated. But most important is provide the proof. All errors can be found in the mt4 desktop terminal under journal tab.
