Using those arrows for trend definition is total BULLSHIT, and yes, only a blind person can't see that, who didn't bother to study enough history.
The second step of looking at RSI OBOS levels is also BULLSHIT if we need to decide based on our feelings. Because if you study a few instruments and look back 20 000 bars, you will see what type of BULLSHIT this strategy is! Especially if we need to decdide when 30 level is the signal, but maybe 32, or 35, or WTF???

Same symbol, same timeframe. GER40 M5, and boom, quite a few of them hit. 2-5x profits. Win rate: 4 wins and 2 loss in the picture. Whew, this strategy is so useless.

It's also possible to look at a slightly faster 45-period instead of 55, which results in fewer signals and fewer false alarms.
And set the RSI to 'Typical Price' instead of the default 'Close.

Thank you! I just shared a working strategy that I've been using for quite some time, except back then, I filtered the trend with dual MA lines. From now on, though, I'm using it with the box trend filter. This trend filter is better.
No one is forced to use this strategy. I just shared it out of goodwill, thinking this simple strategy might come in handy for someone. But the 'master' just keeps picking on me!
