I think it is reasonable to read the market this way:
“Higher inflation → lower expectations for rate cuts, or even pricing in possible rate hikes → higher long-term bond yields → pressure on growth-stock valuations → downside pressure on NQ and equities.”

I am not an expert, so my reasoning may be limited. But I also feel that the bigger picture may be changing.

In the short term, downside pressure on NQ and stocks makes sense. But if we also consider factors such as the CLARITY Act, a potential revaluation of U.S. gold reserves, a strategic Bitcoin reserve, and changes in the dominance of the dollar and U.S. Treasuries, the medium-term picture could look different.
It may become less about a simple equity sell-off and more about a broader reallocation of capital. As confidence in the dollar/Treasury-centered system weakens, and digital assets become more institutionalized, capital could increasingly move into Bitcoin, gold, selected AI/semiconductor names, and infrastructure-like assets.

Anyway, these days I’ve been trading NQ less and less because I’m having trouble dealing with the market volatility and uncertainty.

Yes, I analyzed the vola a bit. It changed. the ATR ratios in the very small timeframes are often off. So their is high abitrage for the algos. I'm not sure why that works currently cause the ups and downs you see are too often and too fast. I only can imagine that their so many amateurs that the algos can abitrage a lot of their money. So "dumb" money is probably the reason for that crazyness. -I wonder where it is coming from but I think it is the printing machine of the FED. The money has to go somewhere. That explains also the abnormal crack up at the nasdaq.

Due to professionals earn money in long term and amateurs are losing I think that is a phase now which will very soon end. I think it will end after the heavy correction of the nasdaq down. I expect -1000 points from here or even more. Than the dumb money is so far cleared, that the algos will stop to do such a mess every day.

I'm very sure: The vola abnormalities at the nasdaq has to do sth. with the money flow.

Gold, Dollar are in move and I hope Indices (i.e., NQ) will play the ball.

LOL. OMG. I'm sorry. I know that is really hard. It is a second game sometimes now. Oh dear.

I get used to it: 3 second trades. Really, I'm not sure how to explain that to a prop firm lol.

Nasdaq: ATr 1 Minute 36, 5 Minute 85... that is another level. Holy. My avg. holding time from last 10 trades was about 5 seconds.

Im at the front: it is a massacre. Crazy. Dax also: 12 points made in 1 snap. Holy. I mean that is my game. But that is even too fast for me.

9 minutes ago. That why the drop was holding up. Massive buys.

I took +40 points from this wedge going long for few minutes, it was @+110 but closed with 40 when the volatility arrived. I was waiting for more points IF the wedge would be broken to the long side, of course watching 29320 as target.
Anyway, now waiting again.

We had a curiosity few minutes ago: ATr 1 minute :29, ATR 5 minute: 89, ATR 15 Minute: 88 -when that happens: you know something if completely off.
