this is what you calll the "Frankfurt -London reversal ". This is not an unusual move. Infact this is a another trading strategy some traders use. Quite often you see when the frankurt takes the price to new highs, London will take the price down to where it was before the Frankfurt start. No suprises here. Happens all the time.

here's the strategy.. If Franfurt takes the price to new highs.. as soon as the London starts(7GMT) you go short and visa versa. Guaranteed pips there

Judging from the current price action and trend it shouldn't go down too far if it does. It has been a slow grind to get here and we are pretty much breaking that questionable down trend resistance line.

I think it's best to wait (to go long) when the speeches start.. I had a feeling that the big boys will want to maximize their profits.. so they'll probably drive this pair down for now.. and then shoot it up later. Just my opinion.. which is why I didn't enter long when the London session started (although I was so damn tempted to!)

I was long from yesterday, I will re-enter once I see a reversal sign on 15m chart or 30m or wait and see if the trendlines hold on 1h chart
