skillwill, you don't want a 50 level on the momentum indicator. the 50 is for the qqe. you want to set the level on momentum to 0.000 and it will stay constant in the middle.

Point at the indicator, right click, choose edit indicator properties, click horizontal line tab, leave the value at +0.000, pick your colour, width and style.

Candle formations can be a wonderful tool but on GBP/JPY they are almost useless because of the volatility of this pair and the wicks it leaves sticking out both ends of candles constantly. PS- Before I was able to even post this I just noticed the 15M QQE has crossed up, for the moment anyway, and it is now bullish.

I can't resist giving you a prediction that is based SOLELY ON A 15 MINS CHART NOW - and we will see if it correct or not. If it is, then your statement that you can't trade on 15 minutes' charts was clearly totally incorrect!

From my 15 minutes' chart, I can predict that, pretty soon, price will descend to 231.70 or so - and also, I can predict that whether or not price reaches your 235.50 target in the future, price will certainly not go there before it drops down to where I said.

So let's see: can you trade accurately on just 15 minutes' graphs, or not? I have not looked at any other time period to make this prediction!

I have a question regarding the VT Stop Level Reverse System Modified file.
I hope I am not too much of a pain asking this.
I downloaded the file from the first page of this thread and I opened the zip and then I placed that extracted file in the stdIndicators folder within the VTTrader folder.
Is this correct or should it be placed in a different folder?

4H, 1H and 30M momentum has just turned down. We could see a retracement to as low as 233 which is the 4H 5SMA.

this sucker of a channel still holds!!

i can't believe this, even 5min charts hold channels as these.......kinda tells ya where we're heading today...(stay out of the market unless some signal of really value pops up)

rodders, you have to place it in the trading system file. any file ending in vttrs is a trading system file.

I am not sure if what you did will work or not. I installed it by going up to the tool menu and clicking on trading system builder and then clicking on import. I don't get the pink dot though. I am still trying to figure out if it is part of this system or another indicator. Do you have any idea?

Don't place it in any folder. In the tools menu select Trading Systems Builder, click import, browse to the file and select. In the Navigator expand Trading Systems then Custom Trading Systems then click the level stop system, accept what is says and there you go.

The pink dot is a different indicator that someone suggested to Aus. I haven't found the post with the name. Hope someone knows it.
