pretty sure it was this one I took this morning, 170+ would've hold on longer, but I had school, and couldn't monitor my trade, but I still Made a days profit, so I'm not complaining,

-Reason I entered, is because it broke that previous lower low, and so I decided to make a fast trade, that I would only Hold for about half an hour,

excited for tomorrow, wondering if price is going to bounce and make a pretty correction, maybe its today, ;-;

trading is deffff 90% mind, and 10% technical analysis.
if you've gone through some hard shi, I think you can overcome the mind of trading.
and for us normal fellas, I think its important to build our discipline in ways outside of trading, like regularly going to the gym, and showing up, and quitting bad habits that negates your mind, like choking your chain every day xd, some dude would always say as motivation.

trading is 1% of your life, and it should be 1%, trading shouldn't take a toll in your head, and it shouldn't take hours and hours of looking at charts just to take a trade that you might win, or lose, unless your a beginner, and I suggest looking at them 24/7 xD, just kidding, but still you shouldn't stress, and look at the charts all day, what I suggest is putting alerts on areas so your not taking your phone out, and looking at it all day like a discord moderator xD. it'll make trading easier

if you have trouble over trading, I suggest that you should take new hobbies, because the reason your over trading is because you have this urge to trade because without trading, you feel like your progression is slowing down, or you feel like your missing opportunitys, and MAYYBE BORED. Most people over trade because they are BOORRED, PUT YOUR PHONE AWAY, and go outside and touch grass, or take a walk , yk sum like that

revenge trading is more of a mind thing. YOU NEED TO CONTROL YOURSELF, if you cant, your gonna hurt yourself and make yourself a deeper hole than you already are in. especially when it comes to over leveraging, THAT will kill you.
if you ever see yourself about to over leverage, STOoooOOp it. nothing else I can say, the only thing I can do is tell you, only person that can help yourself is YOU.

speaking about that stuff, the thing I have trouble with is trusting my self with holding long trades, and putting my self into the fire. I've had bad experiences with trusting my self, and well I think it showing itself on my trading, and I really need to fix it, or else i wont be able to find my fullest potential
