If it were me, I’d confidently close the SELL at 4580 and then place another SELL at 4590—locking in about 100 pips profit. If there’s another opportunity, I’ll try to make more. Otherwise, if I’m not experienced enough, I’d just hold and monitor the position, even until the end of the day and close everything—I’m already in profit anyway.

stay on hedge. if you have chance to buy low, then do it. try to remove your positive.

Today there’s a Fed announcement. Even though the probability of no change is high, is there a chance that Gold will just hover around the 550–600 zone?

i dont think they will raise interest rate, if retain so, we gonna be ranging here, if they will cut, gold will fly. either way, we got out in our position

I’ve closed my SELL positions and added a bit more to my BUY. If the price drops and breaks below 4550, I’ll hedge again.
Oil and DXY are still rising quite strongly, but Gold hasn’t shown any real sell-off yet. To me, it feels like Gold already priced in yesterday’s drop in response to today’s moves in oil and DXY. If I’m wrong, then I’ll just defend and counter again haha

it was,,, you think still not enough, since this week, we went from 4730~ 4550, thats was almost 200$ cut my friend, if we go more lower, you know whats next??? its 4420, and its freaking deep for 1 week

I think they are trying to make double bottom at the low. I hope it does. keep holding hedge. this chart is from the start last Monday till now, as you can observe the momentum is subsiding as well.

Bro, I’m just trying to protect 95% of my capital. I could’ve walked away with an 8–10% profit this morning. If I have to open a hedge again now and price doesn’t break below 4382–4427, I’ll get stuck on both sides. And if I can’t manage it, I might just close everything and keep my initial capital to start again next month. =.="

correct and you should, always protect the capital no matter what, thats we we hedge from top right.
