Haha, I knew it - I almost jumped in as I said. Now look where it stands... Dax is better to trade like Brixen is doing it. I go for few points - impossible to trade that in a good way with these spikes. When you look at the Dax the last minutes you can see the orderflow in the candles. Very little reaction against it. Now we slow down and ATR 1 Minute shrinks directly... that'S what I mean. There is nothing left for scalper. My plate is empty... There was a sell chance I see at 24070's area - was overstretched a bit... hmmff... Now may be some scalp but I don't like the lose of vola. I skip it.

I hold DAX CFD 993 target toward 1st red line where I have a couple alerts

quick update before US open.

  1. 993 position closing order was filled at 143 got +150 p DAX CFD
  2. no additionals were filled below 990 zn, because there was a condition to delete all additionals if closing order filled
  3. Currently DAXCASH INDEX is holding above morning low 990zn (1st low before 13CET) and this is usually a bullish sign, if confirmed during US session
  4. I remain flat for now, I have some time to trade next hours, but for now I stay on sidelines

yes, lets say my trading style is very predictable when you look at it here on my several pages....maybe.

I will look at my previous chart, lowest blue line means 24020 for DAX CASH INDEX.
It could become major resistance or again new base if price will jump above.

we'll see.....
on downisde I will look at last thursday evening lows = 23850/890 zn, DAX CASH INDEX price

This afternoon is like my old days...alone in my room , my PC, my trades, a soft music I like background......(see here below)

I hope those afternoons and those days will come back.....but probably not...

Ill back here in a couple hours, strategy is clear, as previously indicated, but I wish to watch in relaxed way PSG - BAYERN tonight, without look at DAX.

Wow... I just realize how precise you choose the levels. There i am still novice,- especially Dax. Here what I would have traded and my outcome and Brixen in Comparison (I think that was his levels):

You see, the Dax is still not my friend. I would have earned about 9-10 Points on all "Me Short" + Cover - Brixen >100 Points. That is experience and knowing the instrument. And exactly that behaviour I don't like on Dax. It is just too straight up, too long sideways and than Swing Down more than 5 minutes. That is BIG MONEY Play. -Here I better stay out.

Brixen optimized over the years these ranges on Dax. I would call it "advanced" grid. No wonder he can survive good on that and also explains his small drawdown, even with a 2000-2500 crash on DAX in 2-3 days. These are the fine nouances which makes you profitable and stable over long time.
