Hey guys, what is some advice/knowledge you guys would give to a person (me lol) learning about the markets? Seems like I need some insight from the pros to re-wire my brain. Honestly I'm stuck in the ICT/SMC bullsh*t and I just need some advice. Thanks.

One controls the market, one controls the strait. Both make money in their own way. Now is the time to think deeper and ask yourself one simple question:
If I could control money, what would I do? How do I get people into buying my shit? Sell them hope. That's how I've decided to short friday and make money. If nothing makes sense to you then try considering another approach to outcomes. War will continue because everybody is making money. BUT if it ever stops suddenly in the upcoming days officially from both parties and allies, then you should be really upset. It means you are late to something else.

it gapped down and then gapped up. So, with the last reaction being a gap up on the 1hr weekend chart, I think price will open up on Sunday night.

Trump says they are having a discussion and he'll have information by the end of the day. I think both parties will get the deal. Iran is cash-strapped and need money, while the US needs the deal. Both sides will most likely come to common ground.

There is a Thread called Trading made simpler here on this site. Its a swing strategy. beginner friendly.

Agreed about Sunday night.

However, for your penultimate sentence, I think Iran has more time and the better weapon (the Strait itself). Timing: There will be enough Chinese and Indian trickle-through money to stave off the wolves for some weeks. Weapon: Iran has no more military targets of consequence for the very expensive and increasingly scarce U.S. weaponry, but the Strait itself is nuclear-level deterrent as the U.S. has just learned. Therefore, I agree with your last sentence, but see it as minimum four weeks.

Don't try and buy Pico bottom and don't sell at Pico top, use Supply and Demand wait for a closure outside of key zone and enter at first touch, set SL below or above the key zone, DONT CHASE and manage your risk accordingly for example if its a huge demand and you have a wide SL go in smaller, and take profits at key zones i.e you bought at first touch of demand take p at first touch of supply and scale up SL, use news as an indicator and let the chart paint the picture.
