Hi all just a quick question,

you see that massive bullish pump we had today.

all the massive firms that bought the price from 4804-4888, have they not lost money? The price is currently at 4832. Does that mean they have been stopped out?

Sorry it’s just something that was always on my mind. Like why pump up the market so much if your gonna get stopped out couple hours later?

There are 4 weeks of - Higher Lows, Higher Highs, and more important Higher Closes

What more do you need to see "rising"?

I'm guessing lower time-frames, not contrarian, so looking for trends, maybe breakouts?

London session, New York session?

Who is you broker and platform because that would be huge spread issues; you had the direction correct.

What is the entry trigger and why no re-entry as price continues up?

To be honest with you, if the price reverses and I lose, I close the chart and stop trading for that day.

''Massive firms'' don't lose money mate they literally have ''the best of the best'' in literally every sector you can think of (trust me), idk how to tell you this but nobody in here and even institutions on their own don't move the market by a pip unless you are a country, if you cant understand why or how its going to move up or down don't take the trade, 100% better to miss out and not chase rather than losing capital I had the problem of chasing and trying to catch a trade everyday its not about that at all, quote on quote ''massive firms'' don't work against each other but rather together in a way to move price action either up or down, around $9 trillion in volume a day is in forex market alone, even a $100M order wouldn't even touch the sides don't ever go against it YOU will never win I'm worthless so are you, trading is all about probabilities and once you can master the odds in your favour your sort of more than likely to become profitable, I said before ''being early is the same as being wrong'' in this game anyway, you just got to find your style of trading. Hope this gave you a clearer picture.

Well said. I will just add that it is black boxes and algos fighting each other as well. Trillions sloshing out there running around. What a show. How long can it all last? A while still imho. I rarely trade. Because I seek better probabilities for what I see. Took a long time to get here. And only use big leverage when you know it is all right. Everything is pointing in that direction. Sometimes works sometimes its a smaller loss.

i am glad this shitty week is over and on monday lets have some signing of peace deal otherwise we will see gold in choppy range again. we have closed bang on at support and topped at resistance 4894. if we dont clear 4894 then it will remain a sell for whole of next week
