No I just used the Alligator-like indicator for visual presentation of the developing intraday trend. I think everyone knows Alligator is for the most part useless.
To determine direction, one could look at the closest support resistance levels to confirm the breakout. I personally use a custom currency strength indicator so I was decided about the direction of the trend where the vertical line was drawn.
My indicator also said EURAUD would trend at 08:39 GMT+3 (05:39 UTC), but actually I entered on EURAUD earlier because it was highly correlated with GBPAUD.
Can you provide update screenshots to show how the trend developed? Including a vertical line to identify when you made said it would trend, something like this:

I don't know what I'm hoping to achieve by posting here because it seems pretty useless and complete waste of time. There seems to be absolutely nothing to gain by posting here. At this point, it's out of complete boredom.
About the indicator, well, it seems pretty solid. I trade the pair in the given direction and if it takes off in a trend then great, but if it doesn't take off in a trend, then it will form a level of support or resistance, and that will be the target. So essentially, I'm trading in the direction until my other indicator creates a support or resistance level, at which time, I set the TP.
