Hi everyone,
I am starting this thread to centralize the best conditions specifically for Instant Funding Accounts in 2026. Since these accounts provide capital from day one with no evaluation, we need to identify which firms offer the most professional environment without "employee-style" restrictions.
To keep this discussion focused, please only share firms that meet these "Professional Instant" criteria:
1. Consistency Rule: None, or a maximum of 50%.
2. No Max Lot/Position Size: Full freedom; no restrictive % per trade.
3. Profit Split: 90% minimum.
4. Daily Drawdown: 4% minimum.
5. Max Drawdown: 7% minimum.
6. Leverage: 1:30 minimum.
7. Payout Frequency: Every 7 days.
8. Time Limit: Unlimited.
9. EA Friendly: Yes.
10. News Trading: Full access (or max 2-5 min restriction window).

Don’t fall into the 'Discount Trap.' Some firms offer 50% off or 'Buy One Get One Free' because they know their predatory conditions will make you blow the account anyway. They aren't selling capital; they are selling a game you can't win. Focus on the terms, not the price tag.

We are tired of the endless trash marketing and fake promises. Most firms are just noise.
The goal of this thread is to filter through the garbage and identify the 3 to 5 companies that actually honor fair, professional conditions. We don't need a list of fifty mediocre firms; we need the elite few that respect our edge.

No one is blowing up your account except you.

People don't bother to read all the rules, take too big of position(max position) and when normal pullback happens they get blow up because of intraday drawdown rule and start blaming props and call them predators.

Its really hard, almost impossible if you take smallest position possible to blow up due intraday drawdown rule.

My recommendation for you, don't limit you search with CFD props, look futures props too.

A professional doesn't want to trade 'the smallest position possible' just to survive a predatory drawdown rule; we want to trade our actual edge with fair breathing room. If the rules are so tight that you have to trade like a robot in a cage, it's not a partnership—it's a statistical trap.
Regarding Futures props: I appreciate the suggestion. As long as they meet the 'Independence Checklist' (fair drawdowns and no consistency gimmicks), they are more than welcome in this filter. The goal remains the same: find the best infrastructure, not the cheapest bait."

I am also looking for a reliable Prop Firm in 2026 which is legit in India.

Currently, researched about Funded Next and Funding Pips.

But, Funded Next had many restrictions:

  1. Utilizing specific asset classes, symbol categories, specific margin or risk usages to pass the evaluation phase and then switching to entirely different asset classes or symbol categories and significantly increasing the margin utilization or risk usages in the Funded Next Account, is prohibited.

     

    1. For an example: A trader uses forex pairs like EUR/USD with lot sizes of 2-4 to pass the Funded Next Challenges Account, but switches to commodities like Gold (XAU/USD) and significantly increases margin utilization in the Funded Next Account. This indicates a gambling to make a quick profit, which is not a professional sign.

  2. Additionally, the 1% Risk Limit Rule may be implemented, limiting exposure to 1% risk at any given time. For persistent violations, account termination will occur after warnings, with profits from violating trades deducted if applicable.
  3. Gambling behaviors, such as excessive margin usage (70%, cumulative 70% or more), overleveraging, or taking high-risk trades without proper analysis, are strictly prohibited.
  4. Hyperactivity in trading refers to an excessive level of trading activity by a trader, characterized by the frequent and rapid execution of trades within a short period of time. This also includes frequent modifications to orders, such as adjusting stop-loss or take-profit levels and updating limit orders.
  5. Funded Next requires traders to limit risk to a maximum of 3% at any given time in the Funded Next Account. "Risk" refers to the maximum potential loss/losses on a trade at a time based on stop-loss placement. If there is no stop-loss under 3 minutes, the trade will be considered 100% risk to the account balance. We are not limiting skilled trading; we are guiding traders toward consistency and professional risk behavior.

Once a formal warning has been issued, any subsequent violation of the risk rule, whether in the same account, any other existing account(s), or any future purchased account(s), will be treated as part of the same progression and will result in the application of the next applicable measure under this policy.

Can you suggest me best top - tier prop firms which gives fast payouts? Is Funding Pips legit in India?

To get the ball rolling, I currently trade with BrightFunded (for 2-step) and Funded Trading Plus. So far, they have been solid performers, but as we know, the prop industry changes overnight.
I invite you to audit their current conditions against my 'Independence Checklist.' If you find a firm that beats their spreads, payout speed, or drawdown flexibility—especially regarding consistency rules—please share it here.

What people do , is exactly that. They don't respect risk managment, when they put one position on that blow up account and blame prop is stupid.

Take a look these two good ones.

I want to trade FX (Forex). Most Prop Firms are scams which terminate your account for no reasons.

Only some might be good recently. Can you tell any of them?

For regular forex i would suggest 5ers, FTMO and TFT (Thefundedtrader) -
each has their own restrictions but 5ers and TFT has been most loose.

I haven't found any other firm that equals or beats these conditions without hidden traps. Is there any other firm out there currently matching these standards, or are these two the only real options right now?

Its not drama, on X I have see posts that they also refuse payouts with hidden traps.

If there is Thustpilot situation , then clearly not all well with this company.
Looking last page of review, half of the one start. And every replay for them "We are good one we have paid out over 18M....."

Fair enough, I understand your point about the red flags. However, let's not get stuck in a 'reputation' loop. The purpose of this thread is to identify the best technical conditions available. If you know of a firm that offers a cleaner reputation while matching or beating the 10 points I listed (No consistency traps, 90% split, 7-day payouts, and static drawdown logic), then please post it here.
I’m interested in finding better options, not defending a specific company. If there is a better firm out there with superior terms for 2-step or Instant, let’s list them and move on. That’s how we all win

I agree with your point on the red flags, but let’s not get stuck in that loop. The real danger in this industry isn't just a Trustpilot warning; it’s falling for the trap of 'mega-promotions' and flashy discounts.
Most traders chase the biggest discount and end up with terrible execution or hidden traps. We should be looking for the best actual conditions, regardless of the marketing. If there’s a firm with a cleaner reputation that matches the terms I mentioned earlier for 2-step or Instant, let’s list it and move on. Otherwise, let’s stick to the numbers and the execution, which is what actually matters for our payouts

BrightFunded doesn't have a rigid 1% lot-size consistency rule. Instead, they use a 'No Gambling' policy, which gives you much more flexibility as long as your risk management is professional.
Also, their 5-minute news restriction applies ONLY to funded accounts, not the evaluation. We should stop chasing flashy promos and focus on these technical details. Does anyone know a firm with a cleaner track record that actually matches these conditions?
To be clear, I'm not selling BrightFunded. I actually prefer researching and studying multiple firms because I like diversifying and managing several accounts at once. My focus is strictly on finding the best conditions.

Your intuition is funny, but quite off. I’ve been around since 2012, so I’m definitely not here to sell or bait anyone. My intention is simply to find the most efficient conditions for my own portfolio.
I manage multiple accounts across different firms to diversify, and I use those 10 points as my personal filter. If you have a firm with a cleaner track record that matches those specific standards, name it. I’d be the first one interested in adding a better option to my list.

I appreciate Pipmaster77’s 'Prop Firm Hub 2.0', it’s a great resource, but it’s become too massive and covers too many topics at once. It’s hard to find specific technical data there without getting lost in the noise.
That’s exactly why I started this thread: to focus strictly on 'Best Conditions.' I want a clean space to compare the 10-point checklist I mentioned (scaling, drawdown logic, news rules, etc.). For me, a scaling plan that bumps your capital every 10% profit is a top priority, and that’s the kind of specific edge we should be discussing here.
